Esther Newstead

Esther Newstead is a seasoned professional in compliance and operational risk control, currently serving as the Managing Director in this field. They began their career at JPMorgan in trade support from 1994 to 1998, before moving to UBS Investment Bank, where they held roles including Executive Director and Director from 2010 to 2015. Newstead has also been with UBS from 2015 to 2019, taking on positions such as Chief of Staff for Global Investment Banking and UK Compliance & Operational Risk Control, as well as Group Head of Non-Financial Risk Framework. They earned a Master of Business Administration specializing in Management from The University of Hull in 2004.
