Franco Cappiello

Franco Cappiello is the Managing Director and Country Head for Mid Market M&A and Capital Markets at UBS, where they have been since 2019, following a successful tenure that began in 2006. They started the team responsible for generating over €2.0 billion in net management and €40 million in transaction fees for UBS Wealth Management, closing more than 50 M&A transactions. Cappiello's career also includes experience as a Director in M&A Advisory at Meliorbanca and positions at Rhodia and Arthur Andersen. They hold an MBA in Finance from ESCP Business School and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Università L. Bocconi.
