Franzi Kadashi is currently the Global Recruiting Lead at UBS, overseeing recruitment for multiple groups including Legal, Internal Audit, Communications & Branding, and Sustainability. Previously, Franzi held various senior roles at Credit Suisse from 2011 to 2015, managing recruitment for high-level positions and leading teams across corporate functions.
