George Mitsas

George Mitsas is currently the Executive Director of Global Markets for Greece and Cyprus at UBS, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan from 2015 to 2023 and were involved in distressed debt at Yorvik Partners LLP from 2011 to 2012. George's career in finance began at the National Bank of Greece, where they worked as a Proprietary Trader in Credit Derivatives from 2009 to 2011, and they also held a role in Global Markets at VTB Capital from 2012 to 2015. They earned an MSc in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MBA from INSEAD.
