Giles Gale

Giles Gale currently serves as the Head of Global Inflation Strategy at UBS since November 2023. Previously, Giles held positions at NatWest Markets from September 2006 to December 2023, including Head of European Interest Rates Strategy and Inflation Trader, where responsibilities encompassed market-making in UK inflation-linked bonds and swaps. Prior experience includes work as an Interest Rates Strategist at Morgan Stanley from February 2004 to September 2006 and as an IT Consultant at PwC Consulting from June 2000 to June 2002. Academically, Giles earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from UCL, completed in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from Imperial College London, completed in 1999.
