Hrishikesh Raghavan

Hrishikesh Raghavan is the Director of IAM Governance & Reporting within TISO at UBS, where they focus on issue management, regulatory engagement, and key procedural controls. Prior to this role, they served as Associate Director at Cognizant from 2007 to 2018, managing access management and vendor risk assessments for clients such as UBS and Société Générale. Before that, Hrishikesh worked as an Associate Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from 1997 to 2007, where they were involved in settlements and reconciliations for firms like Morgan Stanley. Hrishikesh is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Electrical Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Madras.
