Isabel da Silva

Isabel da Silva is currently the Head of Transformation in the GWM Front Support Office at UBS, a position held since 2021. Previously, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Integration co-Lead for the GWM Operating Head at UBS and worked as a Business Analyst in the WM Middle Office Transformation. Isabel has a diverse background in banking, having held several leadership roles at Zürcher Kantonalbank from 2016 to 2018, including Team Leader of Collections and Head of Client Services Processing. Isabel's educational credentials include a CAS in Project Management from SGO Business School and an ED in Business Management from SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie.
