Jeff Mlynarczyk

Jeff Mlynarczyk is an Executive Director and Senior Quantitative Analyst at UBS O'Connor, where they have been instrumental in advancing quantitative analysis since 2015. Prior to this role, Jeff was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank from 1988 to 2005, focusing on software development in Equity Derivatives and Risk Management. They also served as the Head of Front Office Development at UBS Global Asset Management from 2005 to the present. Jeff began their career as a Technical Project Leader at SPSS, where they contributed to various software development projects from 1981 to 1988. Jeff holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
