Jerome Gambale

Jerome Gambale is a proactive and results-driven project management lead currently serving as Director of Construction and Design at UBS since 2024. They excel in managing multimillion-dollar construction projects, overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Previously, Jerome held roles at Credit Suisse, including Assistant Vice President and Project Manager, where they led operations for multiple facilities in New York and managed significant capital expenditures to ensure on-time project delivery. Jerome's leadership and expertise in construction operations and vendor management enable them to consistently exceed objectives while minimizing risks. They are currently pursuing education at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
