Jerry Pothen

Jerry Pothen is currently the Americas Head of Transaction Monitoring Standards at UBS, where they oversee the BSA AML/CFT Transaction Monitoring program for the region. With over 24 years of experience in Financial Crimes Compliance and Technology, Jerry has held various significant roles including Head of AML Program Design at CIT Bank and Information Technology Lead at MUFG. They began their career as a Software Engineer at UST Global and later worked with prominent firms such as Ernst & Young and Microsoft. Jerry earned a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
