Kanika Morgan is a strategic and people-focused executive with extensive experience in leading global legal, compliance, and operational teams within financial services and consulting. Currently serving as an Executive Director at UBS, Kanika advises senior leadership on risk mitigation and oversees complex eDiscovery matters, while also focusing on employee engagement and community initiatives through their role on the Americas Advisory Council. Previously, Kanika served as General Counsel at Bajan Brownstone Productions, negotiating significant licensing deals, and spent over a decade at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as a Senior Discovery Attorney, mentoring junior attorneys and leading cross-functional teams. Kanika is also pursuing ongoing studies as a Visiting Scholar in English Literature and British History at The University of Edinburgh and holds a BA in English from Spelman College.
