Karen Bailey is an experienced HR/People Business Partner with a robust background in the financial services industry. Having started as an Associate HR Generalist at Citi from 1999 to 2003, they later held various leadership roles at Credit Suisse, including Director - APAC Head of Equities HR and VP positions in securities and internal mobility. After a brief career break in 2018, Karen returned to the industry and currently serves as a Global HR Business Partner at UBS.
