Karly Bland

Karly Bland is currently the Client Experience Director at UBS, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Karly gained extensive experience in finance and customer success, serving as a Customer Success Manager with LSEG and an Account Manager Associate at Refinitiv. They also completed several internships, including roles at the National Academy of Public Administration, Northwestern Mutual, and PCE. Karly earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rollins College, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, and studied Global Economics and Business at American University, as well as Finance at Columbia University.
