Karolina Manugiewicz

Karolina Manugiewicz is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development and Talent Management, currently serving as a Director in this field. Previously, Karolina held significant roles at UBS, where from 2020 to 2022, they created learning opportunities for tech talents globally and managed local L&D initiatives in Poland. Prior to that, Karolina worked as a Senior Learning & Development Manager at Revolut, focusing on creating and executing training strategies.
