Jennifer Geahan

Jennifer Geahan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Jennifer is currently working as the Director of Talent Management at Syndigo, where they lead the talent management strategy for a global SAAS organization. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Mission Lane as a People Operations Business Partner, where they provided guidance to VP leaders and above and implemented various people programs. Jennifer also has experience working at Cision as a Senior Manager and Manager in Human Resources, where they served as an HR Business Partner and developed personnel policies and procedures. Additionally, Jennifer worked at TEKsystems as an Employee Relations Manager, where they provided employee relations counseling and conducted HR training. Jennifer started their career at Target as a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner, where they led the implementation of HR processes and consulted with the business on organization design and talent development. Jennifer also has experience working at JCPenney as a Human Resources Specialist, where they implemented HR plans and trained management on associate relations.

Jennifer Geahan received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Grand Valley State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Betterworks OKR Master Certification, SHRM-CP (from SHRM Certification), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in the years 2023, 2015, and 2011 respectively.
