Kaya Hirsch

Kaya Hirsch is an incoming Summer Analyst in Asset Management at UBS starting in 2024. Currently, Kaya serves as a member of the Duke Association for Business Oriented Women, participating in monthly meetings and utilizing the alumni network for career insights. As the Style Director for Duke FORM Magazine, Kaya coordinates photoshoots, writes and edits content, and collaborates with other executives. Previous experiences include participation in Deloitte’s Leadership, Allyship & Mentorship Program, a summer analyst position at Beach Point Capital Management LP, and a summer internship with Mack Weldon, among others. Kaya also contributed as the founding editor for GoodRx, developing a widely-used Covid-19 vaccine appointment website. Education includes ongoing studies at Duke University and a summer intensive in Fashion Design and Construction at Parsons School of Design.
