Kimberly Fass is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the finance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Investment Bank & Asset Management Recruitment for UBS since April 2018, Kimberly leads a team focused on executive-level hiring and driving diversity and inclusion strategies. Previous roles include Head of Investment Bank Recruitment at UBS, Director of Investment Banking Recruitment at UBS, and Director and Senior Recruiter within Global Wealth Management.
