Kongkuo Lu is the Head of AI Enablement and Executive Director for Group Functions Technology at UBS. Previously, they served as a Senior Data Scientist at Bank of America, where they led the top AI/ML/NLP team, focusing on NLP product development and model governance. With more than 15 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science, they have held key roles at Citi and Swiss Re, and have a strong academic background with a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Automation at Nankai University.
