Lila Tretikov

Lila Tretikov serves as the Head of AI Strategy and a Partner at New Enterprise Associates since March 2024 and as a Board Director at UBS since April 2025. In addition, Tretikov is on the Board of Directors at Volvo Cars, Capgemini, and Xylem Inc., all since 2020, and previously held roles at Microsoft as Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Corporate Vice President of AI, Perception & Mixed Reality until August 2024. Tretikov also served as CEO and Vice Chair at ENGIE Global Energy Management and as CEO of the Wikimedia Foundation from 2014 to 2017. Academic credentials include degrees in Computer Science, Art, Artificial Intelligence from the University of California, Berkeley, and Executive Education from Stanford University and Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
