Michael Hansen is a finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently a Director at UBS since January 2024, Michael previously held roles as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst at Credit Suisse from July 2019 to December 2023. Michael also served as Co-President and VP of Alumni Relations for the BYU Private Equity & Venture Capital Club from April 2017 to April 2019, and completed internships at Credit Suisse, The Praedium Group, Accretive Capital Management, and DigiCert. Michael holds a Master’s of Accountancy from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, enhancing a strong foundation in finance and leadership.
