Michael Schwartzberg

Michael Schwartzberg, CRCM, is currently the Executive Director and Head of Combined US Operations/IHC Bank Regulatory Compliance at UBS, and also serves as Head of Political Law Compliance and UBS Americas AI Champion. Previously, they held significant roles at major financial institutions, including Director of Wholesale Bank Regulatory Compliance at Wells Fargo and Vice President at Barclays, where they managed US Bank Regulatory Compliance and led global governance initiatives. Michael has experience as a Banking Regulatory Reporting Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and as AVP at Deutsche Bank. They began their career in the Corporate Trust Redemption Department at U.S. Trust and were involved in account management at BNY Mellon. Michael attended the University of Maryland from 1997 to 1999.
