Mike Griffin

Mike Griffin, JD, MBA, CRPC, C(k)P, is currently the Head of Workplace Wealth Solutions Sales and Relationship Management at UBS, overseeing retirement plan consulting and institutional consulting efforts. Previously, they held leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they achieved record sales exceeding $15 billion and significantly improved retirement assets. Mike has also served as a Market Executive at Merrill Lynch and as an attorney specializing in ERISA and financial services at Burr & Forman LLP. They were recognized as one of Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2006 and have been active on the Board of Directors for the Global Freedom Foundation since 2015. Mike earned a degree from Auburn University in 1996.
