Mirko Terrestre

Mirko Terrestre serves as the ESG Data Governance Lead within the Chief Sustainability Office at UBS, a position held since January 2016, where responsibilities include implementing the UBS ESG data management strategy and ensuring high-quality ESG data and reports. Prior roles at UBS encompass Team Head for Group Data Governance & Training and positions focused on business strategy and operations, significantly contributing to data management policy and regulatory findings. Prior to UBS, Mirko co-founded Medijus S.C.p.A., a legal mediation service, and undertook a consulting project at Sysco. An accomplished semi-professional basketball player from 2000 to 2011, Mirko holds a Master in Economics and Management from USI Università della Svizzera italiana and degrees in Economic Development and International Cooperation from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
