Monica Marcolongo

Monica Marcolongo is an experienced IT project manager and consultant with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various industries. Starting as an Arztgehilfin at Dr. Danieli from 1986 to 1988, Monica transitioned to significant roles at ABB as an HR Consultant and later served as an IT Project Manager at COMLINE AG. Further experience was gained as a Senior Program and Project Manager at Swiss Re from 2004 to 2013, followed by consultancy at Bosshard & Partner Unternehmensberatung AG. Since 2017, Monica has held the position of Direktor Program Manager at UBS, managing numerous high-profile IT initiatives and leading large teams across multiple projects.
