Nichole Rapuano

Nichole Rapuano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at UBS in Raleigh since February 2024, Nichole previously held multiple leadership roles at Credit Suisse from July 2008 to February 2024, including Vice President and COO of Credit Suisse Raleigh, where responsibilities encompassed IT Global Site Strategy and Delivery. Additionally, Nichole served as AVP for the Global Job Family Program and engaged in IT Americas TA Program Management and IT Business Analysis. Nichole earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina State University - College of Management in 2008.
