Norine Poon

Norine Poon is a dedicated Learning and Development Partner with over 15 years of experience in talent strategy and organizational objectives. They are currently serving as a Project Manager and Director of Business Integration in Global Wealth Management at UBS, where they manage the integration of training programs and develop tailored offerings for over 1,300 employees. Previously, Norine held leadership roles at Credit Suisse and CityEdu Education Center, focusing on talent development and program management. They are pursuing a Global MBA from The University of Manchester, along with studies in Language Interpretation and Translation and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Otago.
