Paweł Paruch

Paweł Paruch has over 15 years of experience in IT support and digital transformation, currently serving as a Director and Automation & Digital Transformation Lead at UBS since April 2014. In this role, Paweł manages daily operations and a globally distributed team while overseeing the FRC Rates and Credit Risk systems, incident management, and service improvement initiatives. Prior to UBS, Paweł worked at Luxoft Poland as a Lead Technical Support Engineer and held various technical support positions at Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. from 2007 to 2014, facilitating application management and system administration. Paweł holds a Master of Science in Computer Science in Management from AGH University of Krakow.
