Phil Collard Aca

Phil Collard ACA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, governance, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Director at UBS since April 2012, Phil focuses on financial reporting and governance for APAC entities, IFRS 9 ECL control, and accounting change. Previous roles include Director of Regulatory Product Specialist, where Phil implemented policy and improved processes for liquidity and regulatory reporting, and Associate Director for Liquidity & Funding, responsible for LCR and NSFR reporting.
