Regula Christen Lanter

Regula Christen Lanter currently serves as CISO - Head of Staff Testing and Head of Cyber Education & Awareness within the Chief Information Security Office at UBS since October 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the Cyber Education and Awareness portfolio, with a focus on elearning solutions, awareness campaigns, and phishing exercises. Prior to this role, Regula was a Program Manager at UBS AG from 2005 to October 2020, leading the development and implementation of tailored eLearning solutions in compliance, legal, and risk areas across nine languages for global staff. Additional experience includes a tenure as Business Management Group General Counsel from 2011 to 2016. Regula holds a Sans Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) certification from the SANS Institute, along with multiple degrees in Knowledge Management and eLearning from Ikf Luzern, and is a certified project manager through the International Project Management Association.
