Reto Z.

Reto Z. has extensive experience in the IT sector, beginning with a role as Leiter Helpdesk and Project Management at Tobler IT AG from October 1998 to June 2004, followed by positions at Resource Informatik AG as Head of Support and SAP Consulting until March 2006. Reto Z. then progressed to several roles at Credit Suisse from April 2018 to April 2020, including Head of DevOps Consulting, Team Lead Observability and Monitoring Engineering, Head EM Advice & Delivery (Vice President), and IT Key Account & Project Manager (Vice President). Currently, Reto Z. serves as Director - SRE Crew Technical Lead Observability for WMPC at UBS, starting in January 2024. Reto Z. holds a Federal Certificate of Higher VET in IT from KV Zürich Business School and a Federal Diploma of Higher VET in IT from IFA.
