Sean Lynch

Sean Lynch is currently a Managing Director in Technology Investment Banking at UBS, specializing in corporate finance across US, EUR, and Asian markets. Previously, they served as Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on investment banking coverage for tech-oriented financial sponsors and co-heading leveraged finance for technology and services. Sean also held roles as an Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities and a Senior Associate at Moody's Investors Service, where they concentrated on acquisition finance and fixed income research, respectively. In addition to their finance career, Sean co-founded and serves on the board of BonaResponds, a not-for-profit service organization with a global outreach. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Bonaventure University and studying at The American University of Rome.
