Serge Cooks, CFA, currently serves as a Director at UBS since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in quantitative modeling and financial risk management. At KPMG US, Serge managed financial risk management advisory projects focusing on quantitative modeling for Recovery and Resolution Planning and regulatory frameworks such as Basel 3 and CCAR. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Promontory Financial Group and PwC, as well as quantitative research positions at Spring Mountain Capital and Battenkill Asset Management. Serge has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Touro College. Education includes a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and degrees in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
