Shai Sorek

Shai Sorek is an experienced business leader with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of M&A Advisory for Western Switzerland at UBS, Shai has previously held significant roles at Brightstar Corp. as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Business Development for EMEA, and at Tech Data in various leadership capacities including Vice President of M&A EMEA and Managing Director for both M&A and Back Office Operations. Shai's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IMD and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics from HEC Lausanne.
