Shannon Peay

Shannon Peay, MBA, MS, currently serves as an Automation Engineer and Associate Director - Data Analyst at UBS since October 2021. Prior experience includes a Senior Data Analyst role at Prudential Financial from December 2016 to July 2025, where Shannon was the Product Owner for a Transformation Initiative aimed at enhancing data analytics and migrating data sources to AWS. Shannon also led the first data lake project for the Design & Development Solutions team, automating financial processes, and facilitating daily intake calls for new development work. Shannon's earlier experience includes consulting for Workforce Opportunity Services, where training at NJIT prepared Shannon for a full-time internship at Prudential Financial. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics and Information Technology from Rutgers Business School, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from County College of Morris.
