Tracy Austin

Tracy Austin is an Executive Director at UBS, where the focus is on ESG Climate Regulation Implementation within the Asset Management Chief Operating Office, primarily across Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and APAC. Since joining UBS in 1998, Tracy has held several positions, including Global Head of Business Management within Group Finance from 2016 to 2020. Prior to UBS, Tracy worked as a Project Engineer at Malcolm Pirnie from 1994 to 1998, specializing in water and wastewater cleanup projects, including a superfund site in New Jersey and New York City's water tunnel #3. Tracy holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Manhattan University.
