Sally Vertongen

Sally Vertongen serves as the People & Culture Business Partner at UBT since October 2020, previously holding the position of HR Business Partner NZ. Prior to UBT, Sally worked as an HR Consultant at Robyn Young HR from April 2019 to October 2020 and as a People & Capability Consultant at Horizons Regional Council from September 2018 to October 2019. A maternity leave was taken from January to August 2018. Sally's earlier career experience includes roles such as Project Manager at Professionals Real Estate Group and Compensation and Benefits Consultant at Lend Lease. Additional positions held include Remuneration and Benefits Manager and Consultant at Sara Lee, Team Coordinator at Hudson, and Account Manager at M&C Saatchi Australia. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macquarie University, a Professional Diploma of HR from the Australian Human Resource Institute, and a Licence in Real Estate from The Skills Organisation.
