Malcolm Liu is a long-term incentive expert at Huawei Technologies. They previously served as the head of long-term incentive practice at Huawei from 2012 to 2016 and as the national practice leader for executive reward at Hay Group from 2004 to 2011. Currently, Liu holds the position of HRVP at UBTECH Robotics, a role they have maintained since 2016. Malcolm earned a master's degree in technological economics and management from Tongji University between 1995 and 2002.
