Ray Killebrew

Global Advisor at UBTS International

Ray Killebrew is a global advisor at UBTS International. Prior to their current position, they were the head of product design, strategic design CX / UX and user research at Precise Dialogue, Inc. from August 2017 to July 2022. There, they established the strategic design center of excellence from the ground up and led enterprise digital customer experience transformation using human-centered design and design thinking. Ray also recruited CX, UX, UI, and design thinking teams to drive and deliver on a results-driven ROI.

At their previous company, Runday.ai, they managed the overall product design, digital content strategy, user insights, VoC, user research, usability, journey mapping, and creative strategy. Ray also established the design thinking innovation practice and lab, developed digital enterprise design systems, language, inclusive design, and standards. In addition, they led UX digital properties and channels, digital solutions, content, and adaptive strategy; established Design Operations (DesOps) and Research Operations (ResOps); and established ADA accessibility inclusive design program.

Killebrew has assembled teams of digital professionals including user experience designers, researchers, VoC specialists, and UI developers. Ray has also managed budgets for their practice and research firms such as Forrester and Usertesting.com. Ray's work has been published in various industry media outlets such as Forrester Research and CXTalks.

Ray Killebrew has a degree in marketing and branding from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, a degree in communications from The Art Institutes, and a degree in art history, criticism, and conservation from East Carolina University. Ray also has certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) as an IBM IT Interactive Specialist and as a CXPA Professional Member.
