Floyd Decker

Floyd Decker is an accomplished executive with a robust background in operations management and business development. Currently serving as the CEO of DFW Storage Rental Properties since January 2020, Floyd focuses on acquiring and developing self-storage facilities while actively seeking new opportunities and partnerships. In addition, Floyd has been the Chief Executive Officer at UBuildIt since April 2004, guiding customers in building and managing their custom home projects. Previously, Floyd held the position of Director of Operations at Nortel Networks from February 1998 to January 2004, where oversight of operations for the Meridian customer base and technical support teams was a key responsibility.
