Martin Gil

Martin Gil is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning over 25 years. Martin is currently the Founder & CEO of 3E Ventures - Incubator since 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Head of Strategy & Partnerships and Advisory Board Member of Ubuntoo. In 2022, they founded KOEN SAS and serves as the Founder & Strategic Advisor. In 2021, they became a Strategic Advisor & Board Member of BioCold SAS (nanofreeze. com. co.). From 2017 to 2021, they were an Advisory Board Member of Syndio Health. From 2002 to 2014, they held various roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Vice President, Franchise Leadership & Operations, Great Lakes & West, USA, General Manager & President Director, Indonesia & PNG Region, General Manager & Chief Representative, Vietnam & Cambodia, AVP, Sales & Marketing Southeast Region, Coca-Cola North America, Director, Project Freedom, Coca-Cola North-America, Sr. Brand Manager, Coca-Cola & Director Multicultural Marketing, CCNA, and Director Business Development, Beverage Partners Worldwide, Latin America. From 2014 to 2021, they were the Chairman - Indonesia Committee of US-ASEAN Business Council and a Governor (Board Member) of AmCham Indonesia from 2012 to 2021. From 2001 to 2002, they were the Business Manager, Customer Commitment, Superprime of Capital One. From 1996 to 2001, they held various roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Assistant Director, Marketing Strategy and Innovation, Latin America Group, Executive Assistant to Vice-President Strategic Marketing, Global Marketing Division, Marketing Research Manager, Latin America, and Marketing Intelligence and Strategic Planning Manager, Colombia Region.

Martin Gil attended Universidad de Los Andes from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering. Martin then attended Columbia Business School from 2017 to 2018, where they completed an Executive Program in Management. In May 2019, they obtained a certification from Harvard Business Publishing for Coca-Cola SUMMIT 2.0: Leader of Leaders.
