Paulo Eapen

Paulo Eapen serves as the Managing Partner at Haven Grove Holdings Limited, a private investment office focused on long-term capital partnerships, philanthropy, and core values, since May 2024. Eapen also co-chairs BrainWaves, a non-profit dedicated to children's mental health, and has been a long-term board member and chair of the Legacy Fund campaign at Ubuntu Pathways, which supports child health, welfare, and education. Previously, Eapen held the role of Senior Managing Director at Blackstone / GSO Capital Partners, leading European and Asian operations and specializing in diverse investment strategies. Career beginnings include positions as a Senior Associate at Citigroup Private Equity and as an Analyst in M&A at Salomon Smith Barney. Eapen holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
