Dale Masterson

Dale Masterson, CFRE, has extensive experience in higher education development, currently serving as Executive Director of Development at the University of California, Berkeley since April 2010. Previous roles at UC Berkeley include Senior Director of Development and Director of Engineering Student Services. Prior to this, positions held at the University of California, San Diego from September 2005 to June 2011 included Director of Engineering Student Services and Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. Dale also worked at the University of California, Riverside, where roles included Director of Student Orientation & Involvement and Assistant Director of the Student Life & Leadership Center. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Counseling & Guidance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication from Emporia State University.
