David Anthoff

David Anthoff is an accomplished academic with a robust background in economics and environmental studies. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University of California, Berkeley since January 2014, David has progressed through various academic roles, including Assistant Professor positions at the University of Michigan and UC Berkeley. David's experience also includes postdoctoral work at The Economic and Social Research Institute and UC Berkeley, as well as visiting fellowships and freelance roles linked to environmental research and management. David holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Hamburg, an M.Sc. in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford, and an M.Phil. in Philosophy from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, complemented by a period as a visiting student in Philosophy at Oxford.
