Diana Lizarraga

Diana Lizarraga serves as the Executive Director of the Division of Equity & Inclusion at UC Berkeley, where strategic planning for DEI digital landscapes has been pivotal, including the launch of a comprehensive web hub showcasing STEM resources. With prior experience as the Director of DEI for Cal NERDS Diversity STEM Programs, significant contributions have been made in areas such as student affairs, financial management, and programming for underrepresented groups through initiatives like the NSF LSAMP and UC LEADS. Additional roles include Student Services Program Coordinator at UC Davis and Quality Consultant at HP, where Diana received an award for excellence in customer service. Diana is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at UC Davis, following a solid educational background in Agricultural Systems and Environment from UC Davis, along with a Master’s in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
