Emily Marx

Emily Marx is a PhD student at the University of California, Berkeley, with a strong background in software engineering and research. Previously, Emily worked as a Software Engineer at Palo Alto Networks and held various roles, including Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, at Stanford University in the Computer Science department. Additional experience includes an internship in software engineering at VMware and a position as a Software Test Engineer at Illumina. Emily earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University in 2020, following a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Bioengineering from the same institution in 2016.
