Phenocia Bauerle is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in promoting Native American student success within higher education. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Transformation for the Native American Thriving Initiative at the University of California, Berkeley, Phenocia focuses on campus-wide strategies to support Native American students, faculty, and staff. Previously, Phenocia held various roles, including Director of student support programs at UC Berkeley, Program Coordinator in the Diversity Awareness Office at Montana State University, and Educational Consultant for Little Big Horn College. With a background in curriculum development, tutoring, and research, Phenocia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Montana State University and an education-related degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
