Ritwik Gupta

Ritwik Gupta is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, Ritwik also holds the positions of Technical Director and Principal AI Scientist at the Defense Innovation Unit. Prior roles include advising the U.S. Department of Justice on AI policy for the FBI, conducting research at the Allen Institute for AI, and working as a Machine Learning Research Scientist at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute. Ritwik's educational background includes a PhD and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
