Foods Pilot Plant Manager

Amy Fletcher is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Foods Pilot Plant Manager at UC Davis since March 2016. In this role, Amy oversees the operation of the state-certified California Tomato Industry Pilot Plant, managing production and research projects for faculty and external clients. Prior to UC Davis, Amy worked at Clorox from August 2010 to March 2016, where expertise in process development was utilized to optimize manufacturing processes for new product launches within Foods R&D. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, earned in 2010.
