Ashley Pelham

Ashley Pelham, M.Ed, NCC, is an accomplished academic advisor and program advisor with extensive experience in student engagement and career development. Currently serving at the University of California, Davis since January 2020, Ashley manages over 27 alumni networks globally, recruits new network leaders, and oversees the onboarding process. Additionally, Ashley provides high-touch advising to over 350 first-generation and underrepresented minority engineering students, offering tailored academic and career support. Previous roles include a career specialist at Wake Technical Community College, where Ashley facilitated career development workshops and collaborated with employers, and a graduate career services intern at North Carolina State University, designing programs for graduate students. Ashley's background in payroll management and administration further complements a diverse skill set, underpinned by a Master of Education in Counselor Education from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fresno.
