Elliott Johnson, PhD, is currently a Senior Career Advisor at the University of California, Davis, providing career support for undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Science. Elliott coordinates the Career Discovery Group, focusing on opportunities for underrepresented students and previously worked as a contract career advisor for the Internship and Career Center. Prior experience includes being a Visiting Assistant Professor at Bryn Mawr College, teaching a lab course in Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience, and conducting postdoctoral research at Temple University on memory and brain development in children. Elliott earned a PhD in Human Development from the University of California, Davis, where dissertation research centered on memory development, and holds a BA in Psychology from Carleton College.
